Continue my YOGA....

lol..... stop my YOGA so long time already lol.....i remember after came back form PERTH...i stop until now...but now i already start my YOGA again... so happy because can keep fit haha... because i so fat already... haha...do YOGA also can help me 健康because this few month i eat many thing and so late to sleep...so i already feel my body so tired....i monday until friday study...then sat and sun working....havent got time to relax and enjoy anything...so now i just want to relax and holiday....i so so tired already...then this few month got so many unhappy thing....my grandmum...lol.....now i just want take rest more more... now i feel 24hour " TAK CUKUP".....now i got so mnay many thing want to do...i want study,working,take care my family,do to 慈濟....more more....so now i want take rest and care my 健康...hope my anythig can be good....and my family ,my freind all good.....@_@

Today after me class then my sister friend fetch us go to sunway ate steamboat buffet... hahahha..... the place so big lah.... got three tingkat... so many people eat at here.... then got so many food..... just fish boll also got 30 种了.... so many many food..... my sister and her friend eat so many prawn and 烧鸡翅膀 hahah......me also.. then we also eat ice-crem... taste durian and chocolate so nice ..... we all also so full because RM 22 one person mah... must eat many many hahaha.....then we all chat, my sister freind so funny.... we chat so many thing... hahahha.....the steamboat so nice i like the tom yam taste ....

Today after class we go to jusco because ah han and yeng yee said want to colletion then BR ice-crem... pen. Because the pen so cute and so pretty...then ah han and yeng yee want to eat ice-crem until RM 20 above then can buy the pen....hahaha.....so we help ah han and yeng yee....we four people machi, ah han ,yeng yee and me buy four different taste then we chat and take some photo...haha......

my sister friend know us grandmum passed away already so...cannot do 大日子...so my sister freind said her cook so many food then her said we eat together hahhaha.... so thaks my sister freind.... her so good...... she so care us...thanks... she cook so many food got chicken,duck,prawn...and more... all also so nice.....after we ate then we paly candle and "dang long"....so ahppy then we also take so many photo....
